- Intro to Urban Research (URBS2000) -- Overview of urban research methods, 1 cu
- Fieldwork Seminar (URBS3000) -- Students complete a 15 hr/week internship and
take a weekly seminar, designed to connect theory & practice, 2 cu’s - Senior Seminar (URBS4000) -- Students carry out an original research project, 1 cu
- Disciplinary Focus -- 3 cu’s in another discipline, considered an area of specialization

Dimensions - Select 3 course units of Urban Studies Electives (can include up to one advisor-approved
urban-related course) - Fieldwork Seminar (2 cu’s)
