Please join the Urban Studies Undergraduate Advisory Board for lunch with Real Estate Developer and former Penn Lecturer Howard Kozloff on Wednesday, April 16!
Mr. Kozloff graduated with a BA in Urban Studies and Design of the Environment from the University of Pennsylvania in 1997 and subsequently received a Masters of Urban Planning and Masters of Real Estate Development from Harvard University and Columbia University, respectively. His most recent work experience includes Director of Development Strategies and Operations at Hart Howerton, a planning and advisory firm, and Managing Partner at Agora Partners, a real estate development, investment and advisory firm currently active with urban infill opportunities throughout the country.
