Tim Weaver, a graduate student in Political Science, will be presenting his work entitled, "Ideas, Coalition Building, and Political Development in the City: Urban Policy and Politics in the U.S. and the UK, 1976-2000." Tom Sugrue, the David Boies Professor of History and Sociology, will serve as the discussant.
