Urban Studies Class of 2011 Graduation Ceremony

| Hall of Flags, Houston Hall

The Urban Studies Program will honor its graduating seniors at a Graduation & Awards Ceremony on Sunday, May 15, 2011, from 3:30 to 5:00 PM in the Hall of Flags in Houston Hall. The program includes a formal ceremony during which each graduate will be announced and presented with a certificate. Student awards and this year's faculty winner of the Katz teaching award will be presented as well. We will have refreshments after the ceremony. The event concludes by 5:00 to give the students enough time to go get in their places for the College graduation by 5:30. That event, scheduled in Franklin Field, begins at 6:30. Additional information about both the College ceremony as well as the University ceremony, which takes place on May 16, is available on the SAS graduation timeline page.

Students do not wear academic regalia at the URBS ceremony, but they should bring their robes along to the URBS event if they intend to attend the College ceremony directly following. The College ceremony is just one block away from our venue.
