Dr. Timothy P.R. Weaver, Assistant Professor of Political Science, University at Albany, will be speaking about his book Blazing the Neoliberal Trail: Urban Political Development in the United States and the United Kingdom, Penn Press 2015.

Dr. Weaver holds a BA (Hons.) in Philosophy and Politics from the University of Durham (U.K.) and an MA and PhD in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
