Event

Each year, the Urban Studies Program honors its graduating seniors at a Graduation and Awards Ceremony. This year, the event is scheduled on Sunday, May 13th, 2018, 3:30pm to 5:30pm in the Hall of Flags in Houston Hall, 3417 Spruce Street. The program includes a formal ceremony during which each graduate will be announced and presented with a certificate, and student awards will be presented. We will have light refreshments after the ceremony.

On Sunday May 13th there are three graduation events: 1) the Baccalaureate Ceremony, 2) our Urban Studies event, and 3) the College of Arts and Sciences Ceremony. Then on Monday May 14th is the University-wide Commencement Ceremony. It is possible to attend all of these or just some if you wish. Let us know the approximate number of guests that will be attending the Urban Studies Majors Ceremony. Our seating will be open and unreserved, no tickets are required. The building is handicap accessible, and we will have plenty of aisle seats on hold for guests using wheelchairs, walkers, or with any other mobility concerns.
