Congratulations to Urbs Junior Anna Duan, who recently got a paper published in the Macksey Journal, an undergraduate research symposium journal based at Johns Hopkins University. The paper is about government incentives for rural incarceration and how this plays out in rural counties.

The passing of an Urban Studies colleague
It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of Felipe Gorostiza, a valued and long-time member of the Urban Studies faculty. Felipe succumbed to Covid-19 virus on April 15, 2020.
