URBS Alumni Career Panel

| Annenberg 110

Is there life after Penn Urban Studies? YES. Is On Campus Recruiting all that? NO. Three Urbs alums will tell you how they forged their career paths – one in public service, one in education, and one in urban development/real estate at our upcoming Urban Studies Alumni Career Panel.

Scott Millstein (URBS '92) is the Executive Director of Coro New York, a leadership development program and career accelerator for aspiring leaders in public affairs. The program uses the city as a classroom to train the next generation of change makers and has over 2000 alumni working across the city.

Lori Taliaferro (URBS '00) is the Executive Director of Policy and Practice Services for New Leaders for New Schools, a national nonprofit that develops transformational school leaders and designs effective leadership policies and practices for school systems across the country.

David Butcher (URBS '05) is President of WCI Partners, a real estate development company focused on creating residential and commercial projects that are both economically and socially valuable for their surrounding communities.
