Faculty News: Michael Nairn Op-Ed "Water Always Wins"

Prof. Michael Nairn (URBS290: Metropolitan Nature, URBS 206: The Public Environment of Cities) penned an Op-Ed for the Inquirer that is quite timely in light of Hurricane Sandy.  Called "Water Always Wins", it is about a Philly dilemma he's been working on: The proposed development of multi-family housing in the Southwest area of Eastwick, a natural wetland that the city targeted for development years back. He offers a reason to curtail future development.
